To accelerate global product development with leadership:

  • Clinical Investigator ManagementAccountable for activities required at clinical trial sites and by investigators and site staff participating in Lilly trials; inclusive of site identification and qualification, enrollment planning and execution, to database lock and close out.
  • Clinical Trial ManagementResponsible for the development and implementation of applicable site risk plans to ensure delivery of clinical trial enrollment commitments and database locks.
  • Business Management and EngagementEstablishes and develops strong professional relationships with active/potential clinical investigators to expand/maintain clinical research partnership opportunities and provide an unparalleled experience for participation in Lilly clinical trials.
  • Excellent Customer relationship
  • At least 5 years previous work experience in Clinical Trials/Development experience and good working knowledge of Clinical Research Process
  • Experience in professional networking with positive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong medical knowledge in the respective therapeutic area
  • Demonstrated success in effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and influence are necessary.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including strategic and creative thinking..
  • Experience and success in self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Travel required (50%)
