ICON is partnering with one of the industry’s rapidly growing, dynamic Biotech companies. Their truly entrepreneurial and bold approach is successfullydriving to market ground-breaking treatments within the oncology portfolio.​Their rapid growth strategy means you will need to be hands on, inventive in nature and highly collaborative to get things done.

What you will be doing:

• This is a broad role encompassing study startup, including contract and budget negotiation, ethics submissions, site monitoring and managing timelines to meet study milestones
• Home-based in Sydney or Melbourne you will join a new client team that is pitched for high growth in 2024
• Initially assigned to one lung cancer study, the current pipeline also includes non-oncology studies
• Assigned to one client, a Chinese biotech company
• Reporting to a local ICON Manager

You are:

• Tertiary degree qualified
• 4+ years local site monitoring experience 
• Strong oncology background
• Knowledge of the regulatory submission process in Australia
• A can-do attitude and willingness to navigate the unknown
• Excellent english communication skills
