Job Description

In this role, you will build and maintain a country-specific referral network in different therapeutic indications.

Office-Based in Vienna, Austria

You will:

  • Search and select Referring Centers and Investigators and provide training and ongoing support to them on the referral process
  • Implement the country-specific referral process related guidelines and trainings for Referring Physicians
  • Prepare, conduct and report qualification visits to Referring Centers as well as further visits of the Centers, on demand
  • Organize effective meetings with Referring Physicians, write minutes and follow-up on action items
  • Support Referring Physicians and their staff to ensure proper and accurate task performance
  • Maintain referral process-specific documentation

Qualifications

  • College or University Degree in Life Science or healthcare field
  • At least 3 years of clinical research experience as Clinical Monitor
  • Prior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRA
  • Full working proficiency in German and English 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Investigators and Study Nurses
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
