Especialista de Operações de Serviços I - Business Excellence (Database & JDE Focus)

Job Description

·  Provide maintenance of the department databases using Business Intelligence best practices.

·  Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.

·  Be able to handle and understand Power BI dashboards showing  key performance indicators

·  Acquire JDE Super user capabilities (JDE). Be able to execute routine actions related to contracts, service orders and revenue and serve as a contact point for the operations

·  interact with IT project pipeline for GSS demands

·  Other related duties as assigned.Education & Qualifications Required:

·  Experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint environment

·  Must have medium/high-level written and verbal communication skills

·  Basic Office tools management (Excel, Power point, Outlook, Word)
