This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization within our industry leading company. As a Human Resources Specialist you will consult and guide business and functional leaders and take action in the areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning, change management and change leadership. 

What will you do? Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Working in compliance with legislation
  • First point of contact for managers for HR operational processes and all aspects of employee relations including performance management
  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change and business processes
  • Provide compensation guidance to managers
  • Work with HR Business Partners and management to implement regional organizational structure, that systems and processes are in alignment with business goals
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition in recruiting and staffing
  • Participate at employee onboarding and adaptation process
  • Proactively gain client feedback to improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas
  • Advise and guide in employee relation matters and labor law
  • Communicate and implement global HR policies and initiatives in accordance with local requirements
  • Participating in global project teams and working on new HR initiatives on local and global level

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Human Resources or other business-related field is requires
  • Master's degree would be a plus
  • Must have experience in various aspects of human resources (talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations and organizational development)
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as HR concepts experience as an advisor to the business

  • Passion for people development and improving management capability
  • Analysis, problem solving, decision making, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization including employee relations, coaching, communications and presentations, etc.
  • Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional team
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently with little instruction on day-to-day or assignment work, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
  • Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning, personal development, as well as being structured, determined, and with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
