Position Summary:  Assist Site leader to driving new site setting, product transfer, shop floor productivity, quality performance improving and continuous improvement from value stream to ensure that production schedules are achieved in alignment with customer delivery requirements.协助厂长推动新的工厂搭建、产品转移、生产效率、质量绩效改进和价值流的持续改进，以确保生产计划与客户交付要求保持一致。Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

关注客户The position carries an overall responsibility for driving Biz. revenue recognition, Product Portfolio and Lifecycle Management Process Standardization, on-time delivery improvement and manufacturing lead time reduction by PPI way.该职位全面负责推动Biz。通过PPI方法来推动业务增长，产品组合和产品生命周期管理流程标准化，按时交货改进及缩短制造交付时间。Work with PMO team to drive NPI/NPT project success in each stage (SVT to Mass Run) to meet project schedule and deliver plan.与 PMO 团队合作，推动 NPI/NPT 项目在每个阶段（SVT 到 Mass Run）取得成功，以满足项目进度和交付计划。 Attend or lead VAVE activities for cost saving.参加或领导VAVE活动以节省成本。Enhance product lifecycle management process, work with SCM and PMO team to smooth production during ramp up and ramp down, and minimize E&O增强产品生命周期管理流程，与 SCM 和 PMO 团队合作，在爬坡和爬坡期间顺利生产，并最大限度减少 E&OBuild standard process to manage product portfolio by Saleable SKU建标准流程，按可销售 SKU 管理产品组合Other Job Requirements:Quality and regulatory related training, like NMPA, ISO13485, UL, etc is preferred.有NMPA、ISO13485、UL等质量和法规相关培训者优先。Experience Qualifications:BSc or MSc in related field (Industrial Engineering and Management, ME, EE) which provided thorough knowledge of a variety of electro-mechanical manufacturing activities相关专业（工业工程与管理，ME，EE）的理学士或理学硕士学历，掌握机电制造等相关知识

Related training, like Six Sigma, DTF (Demand Flow Technology) or Lean Manufacturing is preference.有六西格玛、DTF（需求流技术）或精益制造相关培训经验优先

5-10 years managerial experience, of which 5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.5-10年管理经验，其中5年制造环境经验者优先。 Work experience from refrigerant related manufacturing company with high-mix-low-volume –production environment.具有高混合小批量生产环境的制冷剂相关制造公司的工作经验。 Demonstrated ability to form and lead teams. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, internal and external.具有组建和领导团队的能力。具有与内部和外部客户有效合作的能力。 Demonstrated ability to work effectively across geographic boundaries and with people of different cultures.
