Position Summary:

In this role, you will lead large-scale agile and digital transformation programs and portfolios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize technology investments and ensure alignment with company strategy. Drive innovation and foster an agile delivery culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with collaborators across multiple functions like OTC, RTR, PTP and CC facilitating Portfolio intake to prioritization process and ceremonies to ensure all technology investments are aligned to the company strategy and support these functions to meet their business goals.
  • Preparing and supporting delivery of presentations to assist with program/initiative/portfolio status reviews to assist with program decision making.
  • Lead project scope, schedule, and resources, identifying risks and dependencies and proactively mitigating issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Supervises the right execution of the Digital Enablement Portfolio Governance to ensure all portfolio and agile practices are always applied when delivering new technology solutions.
  • Responsible for supplying to the development of a community of Agile Practitioners and set the basis to adopt an agile mentality & culture within the GBS Digital Enablement
  • Implement, host and leads PI Planning ceremonies, Portfolio Backlog refinements, System Demos, Portfolio Syncs, Retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
  • Coach and mentor teams, executives, managers, and customers in Agile principles and practices, with a focus on Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe®)
  • Conduct Agile assessments, identifying gaps in Agile practices, and recommending actionable solutions to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Development resources, and other Agile roles to ensure alignment and smooth functioning of Agile teams.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for continuous improvement and devise strategies to enhance Agile adoption and maturity; including tool configuration updates as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach and guide the organization in scaling the current Agile practices, ensuring that Agile principles are effectively applied across multiple teams and departments.
  • Leverages deep knowledge of organizational roles and responsibilities to optimally address contending interests or opinions.
  • Develops and maintains relationships withing and outside of the organization to achieve project goals.
  • Prepares post-project assessment, compiling lessons learned and suggests improvements to the new process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Certified SAFe® (LPM, SA, PO/PM / Scrum Master) or other relevant Agile certifications (SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) preferred)
  • 8+ years of program management experience preferably in a technology or business transformation environment
  • 5+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience with at least 2 years focused on implementing Agile at scale using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile training sessions and workshops, adapting content to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management methodologies and implementation strategies.
  • Understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking, and DevOps culture
  • Proficiency in technology tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure DevOps, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in building relationships and conveying information effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • 2+ years people management experience

Other Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consistent record with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Quick-sight or similar (familiarity with Power-BI preferred)
  • Familiarity with data modeling in large Data warehousing, data lake environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of ETL software, such as Alteryx and Knime
  • Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and Alteryx
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
