Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Developer III in Bengaluru. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that is dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and build integration components using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and Oracle Fusion Middleware based applications from business requirements through planning and deploying test and production systems.
• Be part of a production support 24x7 rotations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform with API design, Application build and monitoring, etc.
• Strong knowledge in Designing API artifacts using RAML and OAS standards.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, BPEL, OSB.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle MFT and Oracle B2B implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ReST & SOAP web services, WADL, WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD.
• Expertise in XSLT, Dataweave, XQuery/XPath Expressions.
• Should be able to define and configure Kafka Topics JMS Queues and other messaging technology and application adapters and connectors.
• Good hands-on experience on Salesforce, SAP, MQ, FTP, File, AS2, S3, Sharepoint, Email, Database adapters and FBDI Process.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols such Oauth2, JWT, Basic Authentication and Key-based authentication, etc.
• Strong hands-on with Exception handling and Notification, Audit utilities.
• Sound knowledge in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Extensive experience in all phases of SDLC & Agile Methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Mulesoft Runtime Fabric and Flex Gateway
• Amazon AWS experience
• Oracle Fusion Middleware administration

Minimum Qualifications (must have):

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience, with 7+ years of prior Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA/BPEL, and OSB development experience.
• Knowledge of AWS platform is a good-to-have skill.
• Willingness to work 24x7 on-call support.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to determine how a system should work and how Change affects conditions, operations, and the environments in which our customers operate.
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement appropriate solutions.
• Extensive experience in all phases of SDLC & Agile Methodology.
