Responsibilities:
- Create test strategies and plans to enable thorough test coverage of systems and possess fine-tuned analytical skills and be very detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with a variety of colleagues from different aspects of the work environment and execute testing scenarios and scripts to verify requirements within system functional specifications and user requirements.
- Log and track defects raised during testing and proactively ensure satisfactory resolution through collaboration with development teams.
- Assists in creation of test data to support test case execution. Executes test cases and logs retests issues found.
- Communicate with immediate supervisor and other project team members on the status of work in-progress, both verbal and written communication.
- Estimate time requirements and ensure all deliverables are delivered on schedule and notify appropriate personnel when variances from the schedule occur.
Required knowledge, skills and ability:
- Possess fine-tuned analytical skills and be very detail oriented.
- Knowledge of test case creation and test case execution.
- Ensure quality compliance and adherence to a schedule
- Having experience and proficiency in database and application testing.
- Ability to multitask if required to work on multiple projects.
Profile requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing
- 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance or engineer similar experience.
- Knowledge and working experience of SQL language.
- Preferred working experience with Ready API or any SOAP testing tools and Automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, research and work through complex problems.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- English on communicative level (written and spoken).
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
