- 住在社区。

- 能够每周至少在家外行走 3 次而无需亲自监督(使用或不使用助行器)。
排除标准:
- 存在妨碍某人参加中度至剧烈力量和平衡锻炼的医疗问题。
- 接受性失语会影响遵循指令的能力。
- 无法提供知情同意。

该可行性研究期间提供的计划将包括总共 12 次多因素跌倒预防小组锻炼,持续时间为 90-100 分钟,然后是 20-30 分钟的社交活动。
这些课程将在 8 周内提供。
每节课将包括(混合)干预的七个项目组成部分:1)跌倒预防教育,2)基于 FaME 小组的力量和动态平衡练习,3)(准备)家庭练习,4)交互式虚拟现实游戏化练习,5) 上下地板/地板作业/安全着陆和跌倒技术活动,6) 家庭跌倒危险评估和 7) 锻炼后的社交活动。
