患者必须在医学上无法手术或患有无法切除的疾病
排除标准:
- 远处转移的证据;主要内脏(器官)、腹膜种植和/或腹水转移性疾病的证据。
- 先前对腹部的照射会损害提供规定治疗的能力。
- 事先手术切除。

实验性的:质子放疗和化疗
化疗和放疗联合 质子辐射 59.4 钴灰当量 (CGE) 在 7 周内 33 fx 1.8 CGE 每个 fx。 卡培他滨 (Xeloda®) 1,000 mg 口服,大约每 12 小时一次,每周 5 天,从放疗的第一天开始直到放疗结束,但仅限于放疗日。 放疗结束后 4 周开始巩固化疗 吉西他滨 (Gemzar ®) 建议方案 - 1,000mg/m2 静脉注射,每次 30 分钟,每周一次,持续 3 周(随后休息一周),总共 12 剂。 |
