该 II 期研究旨在确定胸腺肽 α1 对伴有大肿瘤的非小细胞肺癌放射性肺炎发生率的疗效。
所有患者每周接受4个周期的多西紫杉醇(25mg/㎡)和奈达铂(25mg/㎡)(DP)治疗,每次1天,联合胸腔分次放疗51Gy 17次或40Gy 10次第一门课程之后是四个星期的休息时间。 没有疾病进展的患者的剂量为 15 Gy,分 5 次或 24 Gy,分 6 次作为推量。 患者进一步皮下注射胸腺肽,每周一次,1.6mg 每次从放疗开始到放疗结束后2个月。 毒性将根据 CTCAE v. 4.0 分级。

描述
纳入标准:
- NSCLC的病理证实。
根据实体瘤反应评估标准 (RECIST) 标准,患者具有可测量或可评估的病变。
- 经 PET/CT、CT 或 MRI 证实的不可切除的 IIIA-IIIC 期肺癌。
- 全肺V20>=35%时给予60Gy,这是根治性照射的最小剂量。
- 东部肿瘤合作组 (ECOG) 表现状态 0-1。
- 以前接受过化疗或未接受过治疗
- 以前没有胸部放射治疗、免疫治疗或生物治疗
- 血红蛋白≥10 mg/dL,血小板≥100000/μL,中性粒细胞绝对计数≥1500/μL
- 血清肌酐≤1.25倍正常上限(UNL),或肌酐清除率≥60ml/min
- 胆红素≤1.5倍UNL,AST(SGOT)≤2.5倍UNL,ALT(SGPT)≤2.5倍UNL,碱性磷酸酶≤5倍UNL
- FEV1 >0.8 升
- CB6 在正常范围内
- 患者及家属签署知情同意书
排除标准:
- 先前或最近的另一种恶性肿瘤,非黑色素瘤皮肤癌或原位宫颈癌除外
- 化疗禁忌症
- 恶性胸膜或心包积液。
- 怀孕、哺乳期或首次给药前 14 天未进行妊娠试验的女性
- 不采取避孕措施有可能怀孕的妇女
- 出血倾向
- 在 30 天内进行其他临床试验
- 吸毒或酗酒、爱滋病患者

患者接受 51 Gy 的 17 次分割或 40 Gy 的 10 次分割作为第一个疗程,然后休息 4 周。
