【摘要】:目的:探讨产前基于健康信念模型的母乳喂养教育对夫妻母乳认知和自我效能的影响。
方法:这项随机对照研究于 2022 年 6 月 30 日至 2022 年 12 月 31 日在Şırnak 的 Selahattin Cizrelioğlu 州立医院进行。 共有 220 名参与者,包括 110 对符合纳入标准的夫妇,被随机分配到干预组(55 对夫妇)和对照组(55 对夫妇)。 使用“参与者信息表”收集社会人口统计和产科信息,使用“成人母乳感知量表”评估与母乳相关的感知,使用“妊娠母乳喂养自我效能量表 - 简表”评估母乳相关性母亲产前母乳喂养自我效能感,以及评估父亲孕期母乳喂养自我效能感的“父亲母乳喂养自我效能感量表”。

培训与参与者面对面进行,持续约 40 分钟。
培训演示结束一周后,每隔一天就会向这对夫妇(孕妇及其伴侣)发送三则有关培训的短信。
培训结束两周后,接到电话反馈。
四个星期后采集测试后数据。
