研究概览
详细说明
在了解研究和潜在风险后,所有符合资格要求并签署书面知情同意书的参与者将服用仅含屈螺酮的药片(4 毫克,每天一次)。
将在服用屈螺酮的第 4-7 天通过改良的 Insler 评分评估宫颈粘液。
减肥手术前的结果将与减肥手术后的结果进行比较。

- 18-45岁肥胖泰国女性并在朱拉隆功医院预约进行减肥手术
- 需要避孕
- 在研究期间能够使用非激素避孕药
- 给予同意
排除标准:
- 怀孕或3个月内分娩史
- 6个月内母乳喂养
- 12 个月内使用 DMPA 的历史
- 4 周内使用其他类型激素避孕药的历史
- 双侧卵巢切除术或子宫切除术史
- 疑似卵巢肿瘤或病理性卵巢囊肿
- 经常吸烟
- 屈螺酮禁忌症
