描述
纳入标准:
所有年龄段及两种性别的患者,总体表面积热烧伤面积小于60%且涉及手部。
- 手部有二度(浅层或深层)烧伤的患者。
- 三度烧伤患者
- 创面完全愈合的患者
- 无肌腱缺损的患者
- 肘窝处无烧伤(袖带放置位置)
- 受试者需满足静息血压(收缩压/舒张压)<140/90 mmHg且静息心率<90次/分
- 握力下降
- 无认知障碍并能积极配合治疗和测量的患者
排除标准:
- 曾有手部外伤或先天性畸形导致手部功能受限的患者
- 静息收缩压<140 mmHg和/或舒张压<90 mmHg
- 自我报告有心血管、代谢或肺部疾病,或存在相关疾病体征症状
- 影响参与运动训练的相关损伤,包括骨折、截肢、获得性脑损伤或周围神经损伤,或任何可能影响运动参与的既存医学状况
- 四度烧伤患者
- 一度烧伤患者
- 肘窝处有烧伤的患者(袖带放置位置)
- 创面未完全愈合的患者
- 正在服用影响血流动力学反应药物的患者
- 因严重手部烧伤导致肌肉肌腱损伤,或接受过手指截肢手术的患者
