Job Description: Assists OSG programs and processes for the Human Resources function and provides a high level of customer service. Supports vendors and internal resources to ensure high quality service. Maintains up-to-date and accurate reports and records. Reviews, tracks and reports as necessary. Revises and completes new job descritions and assists managers with department restructuring. Assists project teams in developing and implementing new HR programs.

Previous HR experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable upto 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. Experience / exposure working in a VMS/MSP environment Experience working with payrolling vendors/partners

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Good organizational and time management skills Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively Basic analytical and quantitative abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results Good written and oral communications skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Fundamental understanding of emploment laws, principles and best practices
