  Job Summary

Your tasks:

•    Plan, develop, implement, and optimize targeted account-based marketing programs to generate marketing qualified leads through account specific materials, datamining, account intel, virtual and in person seminars

•    Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop and implement Marketing nurturing campaigns. Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with the sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads.

•    Partner with Sales team to schedule co-travel appointments and perform new territory penetration 

•    Utilize SalesForce to monitor, advance opportunity status progression and review completed projects

•    Create and manage reports, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects.

•    Work with Marketing Manager to update business specific catalog and marketing materials with direction and may assist in local language support for marketing materials.

•    Ensure a competent and professional image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies both on the phone, email and at customer events.

•    Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of business segment that is being supported.

•    Represent Client Engagement team at Sales Meetings and is expected to present updates at Global Marketing Meetings.

•    Attend relevant tradeshows, conferences, and Charles River events, as needed. Job Qualifications

Your profile:

•    Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in a scientific field (Biology, Animal / Life Sciences) or related discipline. Master’s degree (M.S.) is a plus.

•    Working knowledge of project management, data analytics, customer service.

•    Strong IT skills with a passion for new technologies required.

•    Previous experience within a life science environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, a medical device company, hospital, lab) required.

•    Fluent English speaking and strong English writing skills required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

•    2-3 years directly related marketing communications experience and/or inside sales experience, including experience handling multiple projects. SalesForce experience preferred.
