Works with confidential information, prepares reports and presentations. Maintains schedules, oversees travel arrangements, coordinates meetings. Screens mail and phone calls and directs requests to appropriate individuals and follows up on replies.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our site located in Montreal.

The following are responsibilities related to the position: Process study related documents and add to shared document management system Filing, copying and sponsor correspondence Prepare letters for shipment of documents to study sponsors Distribution of incoming mail, courier packages Other tasks as delegated by Supervisor to ensure departmental work flow

The following are minimum qualifications related to the position: High School, or secretarial certification An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
