Job Description

Seeking a FP&A Analyst who will be an integral part of the LatAm regional finance team. The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting to complete financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform monthly results analysis for operating expenses and headcount control.
• Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights.
• Planning consolidation and reporting.
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or related

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
• Proficient English / Spanish will be a plus
• Advanced Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills, strategy / business sense and multi-task
