Role Overview & Summary:-

The CPMS department is looking for skilled SAS and/or R programmers to join the CPMS team as PK Analysts. 

The PK Analyst is responsible for the derivation of Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) parameters including the programming and validation of NONMEM datasets, PK/PD derived datasets, tables, listings, figures and statistical appendices. S/he must have a high degree of competence in computers, experience with one or more programming languages (either SAS or R) and be experienced in applying industry techniques, standards and practices to projects of increasing complexity. S/he may independently represent the organization on projects, internal or external.

Project Delivery and Management Derive Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) parametersProgram and validate NONMEM datasets and PK/PD derived datasetsProgram and validate tables, listings, figures and statistical appendices if applicableExecute of activities according to the agreed processes (SOPs) and timelines while maintaining good qualityPrepare of high-quality documents, including reports and presentation materials, that require minimal review and modificationEnsure that the deliveries match the agreed specifications and expectations.Identify and work effectively with team members to resolve issues within the projectApply good programming practicesWork according to International Conference on Harmonization and Good Clinical Practice standards

Knowledge and Experience:Programming, validation and/or relevant, equivalent experienceKnowledge of SAS (SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, and SAS/GRAPH) or R

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a programming, statistics or mathematics discipline is preferred. Post graduate qualification is advantageous.
