Job responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate presentations and/or provide supporting analysis to support presentations, work sessions, and meetings
  • Support project management by reporting issues, risks, and status
  • Provide management and research support and analyze/improve business processes
  • Develop change management and organization strategies
  • Use quantitative methods and statistical models to create insights, patterns, and outcomes from data
  • Conduct primary and secondary research by utilizing a variety of tools

Stakeholder Management Responsibilities

  • Confirm deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments with guidance from supervisor
  • Partner with team members to co-create and/or support the creation of project deliverables
  • Communicate and summarize findings and raise potential risks in status meetings to project lead
  • Work with stakeholder to gather additional insights and inputs

People Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partner teams to keep up to date on process changes, partner for quick resolution of cross-functional issues, and consult to improve processes
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay up to date in changes in HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Work with team leads to continue to build data analytics and project delivery skillsets
  • Seek feedback and mentoring from team leads/various Internal Project Directors to work on career growth

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a variety of Talent Management/Human Resource Manager/Client HRM
  • Team player with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Open to sharing your ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
  • Possess knowledge of various HR functional areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use data-manipulation and visualization tools, such as MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables)
  • Experience in complex project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Self-starter with proactive and inquisitive nature who is eager to take on challenges and deliver solutions
