Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrator for our Biologics Division located in Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland.
This role shall report to the Administrator Supervisor and the main duties & responsibilities shall be:
- Generation of Certificates and Reports, general correspondence, imputing of data, emailing of tests results on a daily basis
- File all Test Reports in appropriate Client files – responsible for maintaining extensive filing system
- Assist in the archiving of documentation
- Dealing with day to day queries from client base via telephone and email – details passed on to relevant personnel as required
- Type new SOPs or make changes to revised SOP’s as assigned
- Log In/out Test Items from Test item store as assigned.
- Generation of Purchase Requisitions
Profile and Requirements
The following are minimum requirements related to the Administrator position.
- Secretarial or computer Certificate/Science Diploma or equivalent (preferable but not essential)
- Documentation control experience ideally in a GMP/GLP environment would be an advantage
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above
- IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to interact with peers effectively
- Be able to deal with people at all levels including internal and external clients
- Strong administration, documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent Organisational &Good Time Management
- Meticulous attention to detail essential
- Adopt a can-do attitude
