Job Summary We are seeking a Manager, Government Accounting & Resource Related Billingfor ourCorporate site located inWilmington, MA.

The following are responsibilities related to theManager, Government Accounting & Resource Related Billing: Lead Resource Related Billing (RRB) Team to ensure optimum performance of the group and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for monthly/quarterly management reporting Responsible for assessing and building team to address organizational needs: e.g. workload evaluation/scheduling, training and development, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, disciplinary actions and prepare and deliver annual performance and salary reviews Ensure costs related to government contracts are accurate, compliant, charged, and reported according to FAR and CAS regulations, as well as any contract specific limitations Lead client facing discussions to resolve outstanding invoicing items Assist in processing and/or reviewing and approving journal entries Serve as the primary point of contact between SAP RRB technical and business process teams to troubleshoot errors and evaluate system enhancements Ensure adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements and to departmental policies, practices and procedures; perform assigned SOX controls and support Internal Control, Internal Audit, or External Audit discussions Assist with the preparation of the annual government incurred cost submission (ICS) and resultant audits Participate in ongoing training to stay current with FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements Perform all other related duties as assigned Minimum Requirements

The following areminimum requirementsrelated to theManager, Government Accounting & Resource Related Billingposition: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or related discipline. Seven (7) years of related experience in accounting with emphasis on billings. Formal manager / team lead experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Preferred Qualificatons

The following arepreferred qualificationsrelated to theManager, Government Accounting & Resource Related Billingposition: Experience in government accounting with emphasis on billings and order entry. Experience working with NIH, DCAA and/or DCMA. Understanding of indirect rate structure and its application to government contracts and billings. SAP software experience. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills. Must possess ability to work independently and within the team to meet deadlines and prepare responses with a high degree of accuracy. Must be highly organized, detail orientated, proactive, resourceful and able to exercise sound judgment. Ability to influence and implement process improvement within the team and across various teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at multiple organizational levels and across business groups.
