This role is home based, with some travel to the required Parexel office.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the commercial team in support of systems Salesforce), business process and tools that will serve to enhance the organization’s performance to facilitate administrative efficiencies and provide comprehensive management reporting and analysis. This role will act as a key member of the operations team to handle and distribute incoming report enquiries as appropriate.

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver frequent analysis/reporting on new businessSupport Bus Ops and leadership team with understanding win rates, market segments, therapeutic areas & operating resultsDevelopment of new systemsContribute and support SFDC activities, not limited to project work, dashboard and report creation and evaluation of new software solutions to help drive efficiency throughout the sales processAdministrationGeneral data administration and managing Operations Inbox ensuring SLA’s are met consistentlyImprove internal customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationship with other Bus Ops groups, Operations IT, Finance, Sales leadership and solution consultantsAnalytical supportProvide support to commercial teams on ad hoc related requests, monthly & quarterly business reviews. Creating content as requested by senior leadership in a timely manner, while always ensuring deadlines are achieved.QualificationsSkills:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenConfident and professional presence and interaction with individuals at all levels of the organizationConfident to deal with all internal staff levelsMinimum of 1-year experience in driving analytics from SFDCAbility to work independently on assigned projects and use initiative to find solutionsExcellent analytical and proven problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in the utilization of the MS office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.Individual must be able to act professionally and with a high degree of maturity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Knowledge and Experience:

Experience in producing SFDC dashboards and reports essentialProficient in Excel essentialMinimum of 1 year in a business operations environmentExperience in Pharma or a similar market (nice to have)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, Life Science, Business or related field, or degree in non-related field with specific applicable work experience
