Intern - Automation team (suitable for university students)

Purpose
Develop and configures automation processes as per defined requirements. Develop new processes using core workflow principles of Automation that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Responsibilities
Assisting in some of these activities:

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Develop and configures automation initiatives.

Analyze operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights.
Participate in proof of concepts for new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities.
Develop relationships with Finance departments and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues.

KPIs definitions in all Shared services areas (PTP, RTR, OTC, VAT, Payroll, etc)

Regular reporting of KPIs (ensures automation reporting)

Process analyses and data mining

Requirements for the employee

University student – preferrably in Finance, Business, IT, Automation, Data Analytics

Previous internship in SSC – very nice to have

Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) – nice to have

Advanced expertise in MS Excel (creation of macros - nice to have)

Knowledge of any automation tools (Alteryx, Celonis) – nice to have

Independent and self-motivated personality

Strong communication skills
