font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Effectively manage a team of pharmacokinetics/toxicokinetics Principal Investigators, supporting the team with all aspects of study management.</span></li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Interacting, networking and liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of study work.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Ensuring studies are managed effectively, looking at protocols and ensuring reports are correct.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Mentoring the team of Principal Investigators, as well as liaising with internal clients to ensure the studies are delivered in the required time frame.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Managing and prioritising study work and adapting quickly to the high throughput studies that the department receives.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Develops the skills of technical staff and works with leadership staff to ensure consistency across groups.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Ensures strong lines of communication are built between group members, study personnel, and cross-functional areas to deliver against project needs and client expectations.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Assigns project load to the pharmacokinetics/toxicokinetics staff, ensuring client consistency and appropriate workload balance.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Educated to BSc in chemistry, pharmacology, or related field with significant experience in pharmacokinetics.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Working knowledge of Phoenix WinNonlin software.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">In depth knowledge of Metabolism, Toxicology or Pharmacokinetic Study Management within the CRO or pharma industry.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Must be an excellent communicator with demonstrable skills in written, spoken and presentation media.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Previous experience as a supervisor or manager, with the ability to mentor and train team members.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Knowledge of requirements for working within a GLP regulatory environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Objective and logical analytical and reasoning skills.</span></li></ul>
