Assoc Delivery & Operational Insights Director

Job Overview:

The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and providing ongoing support of Delivery & Operational reporting as part of the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. The Analytics Hub will serve as a central reporting & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provide business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. The Analytics Hub will be responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities.This individual will be responsible for developing standard reporting and metrics including, but not limited to, project performance, resource management/utilization, and labor dynamics across all USCAN RBU business lines.Essential Functions:

• Work with assigned internal stakeholders to develop requirements for reporting deliverables and associated key performance metrics supporting project delivery and performance.
• Own the delivery and development of standard reporting deliverables and work closely with offshore reporting center to productionize and QC ongoing deliverables.
• Develop strong quality assurance controls and documentation for all reporting deliverables & processes. Ensure appropriate level of consistency and common definitions across business line, segment, and functional reporting.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across RBU functional areas as data-driven storyteller to further optimize our operational processes.
• Create opportunities for efficiencies in reporting through process improvements, vendor leverage, and data analysis, coordinating with internal clients to implement solutions and track ROI where possible.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret large datasets for drivers and signals of trends and performance indicators to inform leadership decisions.
• Aggressively look to provide more predictive analytics & business insights through use of new methodologies, tools, and artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned including ad hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications:​

• 5-7 years in the technology, life sciences, or related industry and experience (e.g. business development, data management, project management)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.

• Strong collaboration skills demonstrated in building effective business relationships and fostering productive collaborations.

• Analytical, forward-thinking, strategic mindset.

• Outstanding communication (written, verbal, and presentation), influencing and partnering skills.

• Successfully managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a complex organization.

• Strong software and computer skills including, but not limited to, PowerBI, Spotfire, SmartSheets, SQL, SFDC PSA, and MS Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational metrics and KPIs.

• Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,300.00 - $179,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
