Randomization & Study Product (RSP) Project Manager

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based RSP Project Manager to join our team in Japan. By working with the RSPM team members, these professionals lead the Randomization and Study Product Management activities on multiple clinical trials. Successful candidates are expected to work directly with the client and other vendors on the development of all Randomization and Study Product Management specifications (including setup requirements, logistics and timelines). High quality work and the ability to prioritize appropriately are expected.

• Finalize all study-related Randomization and Study Product Management documents, assuring quality and completeness;
• Establish/negotiate Randomization and Study Product Management project timelines and ensure the milestones are met;
• Participate in bid defense meetings and present at Investigator Meetings on system training, as needed;
• Serve as SME / point of escalation for RSPM issues with research sites and clients; and
• May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of industry experience or a Master's Degree and 2 years of industry experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Possesses a thorough understanding of study product management activities;
• Multi-task oriented and ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations;
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Federal Regulations regarding electronic records;
• Knowledge of RSPM procedures and IRT functionality; and
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of customer service.
