Parexel is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Early Phase Clinical Unit team. This role is decentralized anywhere in the United States with a 25% travel commit to our units in Glendale, CA and Baltimore, MD. We are looking for someone to come in and use their marketing knowledge to drive recruitment for clinical study participants at each unit.
Your Activities:
Identify, qualify, and manage advertisement vendors that support the marketing needs for the US units
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase the number of subjects to the database.
Manage Social Media accounts and their content.
Create Marketing campaigns that meet Parexel Branding guidelines to promote Parexel to new potential subjects.
Track ROI and metrics to present to management and sponsors
Timely and complete filling of cohorts / meet enrollment dates
Create marketing timelines for each unit specific study
Feasibility and Business Development support for recruitment
Deliver EPCU feasibility assessments with clear recruitment techniques and timelines for completion.
Provide detailed marketing strategies for recruitment of patients and healthy volunteer populations to ensure recruitment goals for each study can be met.
Takes ownership for strategic initiatives within assigned unit with accountability including development of measures for success.
Work closely with other PAREXEL teams engaged in volunteer/patient recruitment and site alliance management.
Support client meetings and related Business Development activities.
Alliance management Leverage access to various patient populations.
Identify and create relationships with patient treatment centers/sites in the vicinity of the EPCU’s to create a network of patient referrals in certain therapeutic areas/indications, where patient referrals will be possible.
Acts as the Relationship Manager for the referring sites and ensures the referral sites are meeting their referral commitments.
Work closely with other PAREXEL teams engaged in volunteer/patient recruitment and site alliance management.

Relevant clinical research or allied sciences expertise (preferred not required)
Strong understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape and best practices
Understand customer and market insights and apply within each campaign
Being aware of current trends and how they influence marketing
Demonstrated expertise of managing projects/initiatives within tight timelines to a successful conclusion
Previous experience of managing negotiations with external stakeholders in health or allied sciences
Education & Experience:
Marketing Degree, experience in sales expansion, new markets, content, and management creation
4-5 years marketing experience
Experience increasing recruitment numbers through marketing avenue
Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English
