Job Summary
NOTE: SHIFT FOR THIS POSITION IS THURSDAY THRU SUNDAY 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Shift Differential pay for weekend work
The Facilities Technician performs maintenance for all production and process equipment. The Facilities Technician will also maintain a safe work environment for all employees, approve maintenance work orders, and create/review/approve SOPs for maintenance of new and existing equipment.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, process equipment and facilities equipment.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled work orders and preventative maintenance duties, while completing required documentation.
Develop, review, and perform preventative maintenance and repair operating procedures for required equipment
Assist in the training of plant personnel on new and/or modified equipment or procedures relating to equipment.
Assist with validations and revalidations, as needed.
Assist in the procurement of stock and repair parts.
Work cross functionally to ensure scheduling of PMs and repairs.
Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $79,000 ($26.00/hr - $35.50/hr). Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors but not limited to experience, skills, education and location.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
