Job Summary

NOTE:  SHIFT FOR THIS POSITION IS THURSDAY THRU SUNDAY 8:00AM - 6:00PM

              Shift Differential pay for weekend work

The Facilities Technician performs maintenance for all production and process equipment. The Facilities Technician will also maintain a safe work environment for all employees, approve maintenance work orders, and create/review/approve SOPs for maintenance of new and existing equipment.

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, process equipment and facilities equipment. 

  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled work orders and preventative maintenance duties, while completing required documentation. 

  • Develop, review, and perform preventative maintenance and repair operating procedures for required equipment 

  • Assist in the training of plant personnel on new and/or modified equipment or procedures relating to equipment. 

  • Assist with validations and revalidations, as needed. 

  • Assist in the procurement of stock and repair parts. 

  • Work cross functionally to ensure scheduling of PMs and repairs. 

  • Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) 

The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $79,000 ($26.00/hr - $35.50/hr).  Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors but not limited to experience, skills, education and location.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
