JOB: Global Early Talent Segment Lead

Location: Dublin 18, Ireland OR Reading, UK

HYBRID ROLE: 3 days per week in the office 2 days working from home

Global Early Talent Segment Lead reporting into the Talent Acquisition Project Management office, in this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by spearheading our early talent hiring strategy and implementation efforts. You will be responsible for expanding early talent hiring programs worldwide, managing our global internship program (EPIC), and overseeing various aspects of early talent recruitment and engagement. Your role will also involve maintaining a strong focus on diversity and inclusion in all hiring activities and fostering meaningful relationships with universities.  Use of assessment tools to predict future performance will also be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global early talent hiring strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Expand and enhance early talent hiring programs globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Manage the EPIC (Early Professionals in CRO) internship program, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and program evaluation.
  • Maintain and optimize the early talent internal site to provide valuable resources and support to employees and People Leaders.
  • Create and manage early talent marketing and social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement, including careers site..
  • Track all early talent activities, including recruitment metrics, program success metrics, and diversity initiatives.
  • Generate and present global early talent reporting metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key insights including successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the global early talent champion team to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive collective impact.
  • Ensure a diversity lens is applied to all early talent hiring activities, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities for both early Talent and experienced hires.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with universities and academic institutions to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Additional projects to support our project management office such as best practice with respect to assessment tools to assess future performance .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in global early talent hiring activities, preferably in a Sr/ Lead role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas effectively and present to executives, employees, and potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of integrating these principles into hiring practices.
  • Experience of assessment tool as part of the recruitment process to predict future performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • MS SharePoint Designer experience a plus
