Analytics Hub Leader

Job Overview:

The purpose of this role is to establish and lead a best-in-class Analytics Hub for the U.S. & Canada RBU. The Analytics Hub will serve as a central reporting & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provide business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. The Analytics Hub will be responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities.

This leadership role will serve as a visionary, architect, and catalyst for this new function and be responsible for shaping its strategy and engagement model. They will create the organizational and technical foundations for the development, deployment, and governance of standard reporting models for the RBU.

Essential Functions:

• Establish overarching strategy and priorities for the Analytics Hub across GTM Analytics & Insights, Delivery & Operational Insights, and Business Performance Metrics disciplines.
• Own and develop the engagement model between the Analytics Hub and business stakeholders. Work with internal stakeholders to develop requirements for reporting deliverables and associated key performance metrics.
• Serve as primary RBU liaison to corporate/global CIO/MDM/Organizational Effectiveness groups. Serve as USCAN RBU representative on ongoing enterprise reporting/technology initiatives to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Establish offshore reporting support center and operating model. Optimize onshore/offshore mix for the group.
• Aggressively look to provide more predictive analytics & business insights through use of new methodologies, tools, and artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities.
• Develop strong quality assurance controls and documentation for all reporting deliverables & processes. Ensure appropriate level of consistency and common definitions across business line, segment, and functional reporting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of highly talented professionals focused on the strategic delivery and dissemination of business insights to stakeholders across the RBU.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 15 years in the technology, life sciences, or related industry and experience (e.g. business development, data management, project management)

• Excellent people leadership capabilities with demonstrated skill in building, guiding and inspiring effective teams and fostering productive collaborations.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving/decision making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.

• Successfully managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a complex organization.

• Outstanding communication, influencing and partnering skills.

• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational metrics and KPIs.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

• Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Management or related field.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $156,100.00 - $292,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
