Job Description

The Job:

Partners directly with assigned businesses to formulate and implement talent strategy, enable people managers to build successful teams, and elevate colleague experience by leveraging the HR Service Delivery model. A day in the Life:

  • Provides frequent, high quality, value-added advice and counsel to business team on HR issues. Understands the needs of internal customers and provides effective and timely response.
  • Assists management with employee relation issues, identifies problems, and uses independent judgment in resolving problems by interpreting policies and weighing alternative approaches.
  • Leads the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination. Provides guidance to management on policy interpretation and administration. Provides employees clarity and guidance on HR policy questions.
  • Leads the change management for compensation, performance management and benefits programs, ensuring effective communication to client groups and employees. Administers tasks to enable these programs and functions.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping requirements.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent required.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of human resources experience with proven expertise in supporting rapidly growing organizations
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry
  • Experience in working with full HR Service Delivery Model in managing employee lifecycle processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Track record of proactively partnering with business units from start-up to rapid growth
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations cases and performance improvement plans
  • Excellent knowledge of HR subject areas and ability to apply that knowledge to business situations and problems
  • Demonstrated use of data analytics, critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and enterprise-wide perspective in designing and implementing HR strategies to address business issues
  • Strong communication, consultative and relationship management skills

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This position is for hybrid work arrangement which requires presence of two to three times per week at the office in BGC, Taguig City. Work hours will vary from day shift to mid-shift as needed by teams working 24x5.
