Série de cas potentiels de transplantation d'utérus humain à partir d'un donneur vivant
La transplantation d'utérus, en tant que futur traitement possible de l'infertilité due au facteur utérin, a été développée chez les espèces animales au cours de la dernière décennie.
Le protocole de l'étude comprend la transplantation de l'utérus d'un donneur vivant (mère, parente, amie) chez des femmes atteintes d'infertilité utérine absolue (absence d'utérus à la naissance ou due à une hystérectomie salvatrice). Le receveur sera traité par immunosuppression standard et transfert des embryons (acquis par FIV avant la chirurgie) seront tentés lorsqu'au moins 12 mois se seront écoulés depuis la transplantation. L'approbation pour une série de cas comprenant jusqu'à 10 patients a été acquise.
