Contract Sales & Medical Services Operations Leader

This senior, industry veteran is responsible for all operations supporting field and remote teams for our Contract Sales & Medical Solutions business.This leader will drive quality and efficiency while overseeing the delivery of operations and support including Project Management & Administration, Recruiting, Technology (including CRM and Business Intelligence), Field Operations (alignments, incentive compensation), Training, Quality, Expense Management and Fleet.This individual will be a key member of the CSMS leadership team and will collaborate with sales and offering development to promote the growth of the practice.Client satisfaction and successful attainment of client critical success factors is paramount.
Principal Accountabilities
Lead a large organization of operational and support resources responsible for enabling outsourced field and remote teams
Drive a continuous improvement agenda, enhancing customer value, internal efficiency, and high-performance culture. Identify and share best practices.
Create and maintain delivery standards; Streamline processes and establish repeatable standard operating procedures
Maintain an understanding of leading industry trends and contribute to IQVIA’s reputation for excellent delivery and client satisfaction
Partner with other senior resources to determine methods for meeting client requirements and winning new business
Serve as an escalation point for any issues impacting delivery and operational success
Nurture a high-performance growth environment in which there are opportunities to achieve career progressions, and all team members strive for excellence
Design and implement analytics for driving field performance, monitoring and evaluating client success
Enhance and expand Standard Operating Procedures as required
Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge required
Minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing field-based operations in a services-based organization
Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Healthcare industry
Must have people management experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to lead and influence within a matrixed environment
Ability to work independently
Ability to engage stakeholders across organization to drive consensus building
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of innovation and continuous improvement
