自殺予防におけるフランスの簡易接触介入「接触を保つ」の定性的評価
背景: 40 年間にわたり、短時間接触介入 (BCI) は自殺予防における有望なアプローチとして提示されてきましたが、BCI に対する患者の経験についてはあまり調査されていません。
目的: フランスの BCI「Stay in contact」の患者の経験を通じて、自殺未遂後の BCI のメカニズムを理解し、自殺危機時のケアを求める際の BCI の影響を評価する。
方法:これは、自殺企図行動から 6 か月後の BCI に対する電話インタビューを使用した、単一施設の非介入の前向き定性研究です。
統計分析
データは、統計ソフトウェア (バージョン 9.4、SAS Institute Inc.、米国ノースカロライナ州ケアリー) を使用して分析されました。 カイ二乗検定を使用して質的変数を評価し、t 検定を使用して量的変数を評価しました。p<.05 は有意であると見なされます。

ベースライン面接は平日に電話で、訓練を受けた精神科研修医が唯一の面接官として平均10～15分間実施された。
面接官は患者の治療にも、その後の介入にも参加しませんでした。
面接官は電話面接を行う前に患者ファイルを調べておらず、研究対象者に関する管理情報（姓名、年齢、性別、電話番号）のみを持っていました。
電話によるインタビューは介入とはみなされなかった。
患者がより集中的な治療を必要としていると面接官が判断した場合は常に、関連する支援への紹介が行われました。

説明
包含基準:
- 男性でも女性でも、18 歳以上で、電話によるフォローアップの連絡が可能な状況にあること。
除外基準:
- 後見や保佐などの法律による監督下に置かれている、投獄されBCIへの参加を拒否している
