  • 21～80歳の男女
  • 女性の場合、出産の可能性がないか、避妊を実践している必要があります
  • 股関節または膝の変形性関節症がある
  • 変形性関節症の痛みには治療量の投薬が必要
  • 24時間体制のオピオイドの使用を正当化するのに十分な痛みがある

除外基準:

  • 現在進行中の調査研究に関連している、または以前に Vicodin CR 研究に参加したことがある
  • ヒドロコドン、他のオピオイド、またはアセトアミノフェンにアレルギーがあるか、重篤な反応を起こしたことがある
  • 研究開始前の短い時間であっても、鎮痛剤を中止することはできません
  • 臨床的に重大な病気や最近のけがをしたことがある、検査室に重大な異常がある、または最近大きな手術を受けたことがある
  • 胃バイパス手術または既存の重度の胃腸狭窄の病歴がある、または胃腸管を狭める可能性のある病気の病歴がある
