  • 对氢可酮、其他阿片类药物或对乙酰氨基酚过敏或有过严重反应
  • 不能停用止痛药，即使是在研究开始前的短时间内
  • 有任何具有临床意义的疾病或最近受伤，或有任何明显的实验室异常，或最近进行过大手术
  • 有胃旁路手术史或先前存在的严重胃肠道狭窄，或可能导致胃肠道狭窄的疾病史
  • 有营养不良或饥饿史
  • 有吸毒（合法或非法）或酗酒或成瘾史，或每天饮酒超过 4 杯
