- -原発性または転移性肝内癌の確定診断
- がんは切除不能で、確立された治療選択肢が限られている必要があります
- ECOG パフォーマンス ステータス スコア 0 ~ 2
- 年齢 19歳以上
- -書面によるインフォームドコンセントを理解し、提供できる
除外基準:
- -治療から15日以内の治療前の検査所見:
- 絶対顆粒球数 ≤ 1,500/ul
- 血小板数≦75,000/ul
- 血清クレアチニン > 2.0 mg/dl
- 血清ビリルビン≧2.0mg/dl
- -血管造影および選択的内臓カテーテル法に対する次の禁忌のいずれか:
- -造影剤、麻薬、鎮静剤、またはアトロピンに対する重度のアレルギーまたは不耐性の病歴
- 出血、素因、通常の治療法では修正できない
- -カテーテル法を妨げる重度の末梢血管疾患
- 肝臓から離れた実質的な静脈シャント
- 11 mCi (20 Gy の吸収線量) を超える放射線が肺に照射される可能性があることの証拠。1) 最初の Therasphere® 投与。または 2) 複数回の治療による肺への放射線の累積送達
- 胃または十二指腸への検出可能なTc-99 MAAの流れの証拠、そのような流れを止めるための確立された血管造影技術の適用
- -差し迫った生命を脅かす状況の結果を表す重大な肝外疾患
- 重度の肝機能障害または肺不全
- コントロールされていないアクティブな感染症
- 重大な基礎疾患または精神疾患
