  • 臨床的に必要な安静/薬理学的ストレスSPECT-MPI検査のために紹介されました
  • -相対リスクに関するACC / AHAガイドラインに基づくCADの検査前確率が高い（90％以上）、または過去の医療h / o CAD

除外基準:

  • -期間1または期間2のいずれかでのSPECT-MPIの30日前以内の急性MI、虚血またはPCIの新たな発症;期間1または期間2のいずれかで、SPECT-MPIの前90日以内にまたはCABG
  • -活動性の重度の喘息または重度の慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）であり、治験責任医師の意見では、被験者を重度の気管支収縮のリスクにさらす
  • -臨床的に重要な心臓の状態およびリズム障害の病歴または証拠、機能している永久に埋め込まれたペースメーカーがない場合
