バックグラウンド:
認知症 (PWD) の人のケアは、介護者に高レベルのストレスを引き起こす可能性のある多くの課題をもたらします。 マインドフルネスに基づく介入 (MBI) は、参加者のストレスを軽減するために、心と体の統合を通じて新しく採用された心理社会的介入です。 PWD の家族介護者のストレス軽減における MBI の効果を調査するために、5 つの研究 (4 つの RCT と 1 つの準実験的研究) で系統的レビューが実施されました。 これらのうち、144 人の参加者を含む 3 つの試験がメタ分析の対象となりました。 その結果、PWD の家族介護者の 8 週間の MBI 後、ストレスレベルが有意に低下し、中程度の合計効果サイズ 0.57 (95% CI [0.23, 0.92]、全体的な効果 Z= 3.25 at p= 0.001) が示されました。 MBI の即時効果は発見されましたが、長期的な効果は不明でした。 このレビューでは、臨床試験の数が限られていることに加えて、いくつかの制限(研究デザインが不十分でサンプルサイズが小さいなど)も特定されました。 これは、PWD の家族介護者に対する MBI の効果を調べるために、さらに多くの研究が必要であることを意味します。 MBI は PWD の家族介護者のストレス管理のための新しい介入であるため、2016 年から 2017 年にかけて実行可能性調査が実施されました。 その結果、家族介護者はマインドフルネス セッション後にマインドフルネス スキルを習得でき、離職率は 3.8% と低かったことがわかりました。 変更されたマインドフルネスに基づく認知療法 (MBCT) プロトコルも、地域のニーズに適合し、以前の研究で特定された制限に対処するために、この研究で検証されました。
目的:
この研究は、香港の PWD の家族介護者のストレス軽減のための修正 MBCT の効果を調査することを目的としています。
方法:

- 18歳以上;
