調査の概要

台湾では頭頸部がんが蔓延しており、最も多い部位は口腔がんです。 口腔がんの高度な治療は生存率を高めます。しかし、肩の機能障害、嚥下障害、口腔機能障害、ドナー部位の罹患率、心理的問題を発症するリスクも高まります。 首の解剖後に肩の機能障害が起こる確率は 70% にも及びます。 頭頸部生存者の肩機能に対するリハビリテーション効果については、さらなる研究が必要です。
このランダム化臨床試験の目的は、口腔がん生存者における肩機能に対するリハビリテーションの効果を調査することです。 2018年4月から2020年3月まで、形成外科医の紹介により、新たに口腔がんと診断された被験者60名を募集します。 参加者はランダム化され、実験グループまたは対照グループに分けられます。 各グループは、肩機能のための定期的な理学療法(経皮的電気刺激、肩関節可動域訓練、肩甲骨筋強化トレーニングなど)を受けます。 実験グループには、肩甲筋の漸進的抵抗運動を対象とした運動制御療法(運動と徒手療法)を追加します。
