Hartioiden toiminnan kuntoutustulokset suusyöpään selviytyneillä Syövästä selviytyneillä

Yksityiskohtainen kuvaus
Pään ja kaulan syöpä on yleisin Taiwanissa, ja suusyöpä on yleisin paikka. Suunsyövän pitkälle kehitetty hoito lisää eloonjäämisastetta; Se kuitenkin lisää myös hartioiden toimintahäiriöiden, dysfagian, suun toimintahäiriöiden, luovuttajan sairastuvuuden ja psykologisten ongelmien riskiä. Hartioiden toimintahäiriön todennäköisyys niskaleikkauksen jälkeen on jopa 70 %. Pään ja kaulan eloonjääneiden olkapään toimintaan kohdistuvia kuntoutusvaikutuksia tarvitaan lisätutkimuksia varten.
Tämän satunnaistetun kliinisen tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on tutkia kuntoutuksen vaikutuksia olkapään toimintaan suusyövästä selviytyneillä. Rekrytoimme plastiikkakirurgin lähetteen kautta 60 äskettäin diagnosoitua suusyöpäpotilasta huhtikuusta 2018 maaliskuuhun 2020. Osallistujat satunnaistetaan koe- tai kontrolliryhmään. Jokainen ryhmä saisi säännöllistä fysioterapiaa olkapään toimintaa varten (eli transkutaaninen sähköstimulaatio, olkanivelen liikerataharjoitus, lapalihasten vahvistaminen). Kokeellista ryhmää täydennetään motorisella ohjaushoidolla, joka kohdistuu lapalihaksen progressiiviseen vastusharjoitukseen (harjoitus plus manuaalinen terapia).
