包含基準:
Brenner Families in Training (FIT) に登録している、または登録する資格がある 13 ~ 18 歳の肥満の若者。 介護者は、青少年の参加者と一緒に家に住まなければなりません。 肥満は BMI (35.9 +/- 8.6) と定義されます。 参加者はスマートフォンまたはタブレットへのアクセスも必要です
除外基準:
13 歳未満の青少年は除外されます。 参加者がスマートフォンまたはタブレットにアクセスできない場合、参加することはできません。

アクティブコンパレータ:ブレナーFIT(スタンダードケア)
青少年は、介護者と一緒にトレーニングのブレナーファミリーに参加します。
彼らは、標準的なブレナー FIT 治療のすべてのコンポーネントを受け取ります。

家族はオリエンテーションに参加し、最初の入門として 2 時間のグループセッションと料理教室が予定されています。これらは、オリエンテーションから 2 ~ 4 週間以内に行われます。
栄養士、カウンセラー、PA スペシャリストによる毎月 1 時間の訪問が 6 か月間行われ、そこで子供と介護者は小児科医の診察を受けます。
6 か月の治療期間中、彼らは 4 つのグループ クラスに参加し、食事の計画、PA、子育てなどのトピックから選択します。
関連する問題が発生した場合、PA スペシャリストまたは栄養士による特別な訪問が予定されています。
