-APC遺伝子に変異を有するFAP患者で、予防的全結腸切除術/ IRA(直腸温存あり)に提出され、IRCCS-INTでの定期的な内視鏡サーベイランスプログラムに参加している。
除外基準:
- -NSAIDおよび/またはオメガ3を服用しているFAP患者
- MUTYH 生殖細胞変異を保有する患者、または APC 変異が見つからない患者。
