新生児が良好な生理学的状態で出産された場合、母親との即時の肌と肌の接触が必要です。
肌と肌の触れ合いは、母親と赤ちゃんの両方にさまざまなメリットをもたらします。
実施時期は新生児の誕生から始まり、その後まで継続することができます。
生理学的安定、親子関係の発展、子供の行動発達の安定など、短期的にも長期的にもメリットがあります。
108 件の症例が入院し、減少率は 10% でした。
したがって、入院した症例の総数は 118 件であり、実験群と対照群に分けられ、実験群では介入措置が実施されました。
出産後1日目から30日目までは、お母さんと赤ちゃんの肌と肌の触れ合いが毎日1時間あります。

詳細な説明
世界保健機関の出産に関する臨床ケアガイドラインによると、分娩第 3 期の新生児ケア: 新生児が良好な生理学的状態で出産された場合、直ちに母親と肌と肌を触れ合わせる必要があります。
肌と肌の触れ合いは、母親と赤ちゃんの両方にとって大きなメリットがあります。
実施時期は新生児の誕生から始まり、その後も継続します。
生理学的安定、親子関係の発展、子供の行動発達の安定など、短期的および長期的な利点があります。
したがって、この研究は、症例を受け入れるランダムな方法を使用した、準実験的研究として設計されました。
入院患者数は 128 名、離職率は 10% でした。
