Effecten van huid-op-huidcontact tussen moeder en kind bij vrouwen na de bevalling

Wanneer een pasgeborene in goede fysiologische conditie ter wereld komt, is onmiddellijk huid-op-huidcontact met de moeder vereist.
Huid-op-huidcontact heeft een breed scala aan voordelen voor zowel moeder als baby.
De implementatietijd kan beginnen vanaf de geboorte van de pasgeborene en doorlopen tot daarna.
Er zijn zowel voordelen op de korte als op de lange termijn, zoals fysiologische stabiliteit, de ontwikkeling van de ouder-kindrelatie en de stabiliteit van de gedragsontwikkeling van kinderen.
Er werden 108 gevallen toegelaten en het verloop bedroeg 10%.
Daarom bedroeg het totale aantal toegelaten gevallen 118, verdeeld in experimentele groepen en controlegroepen, en werden interventiemaatregelen geïmplementeerd in de experimentele groep.
Vanaf de 1e tot en met de 30e dag na de bevalling is er dagelijks 1 uur huid-op-huidcontact tussen moeder en baby.
Vul de visueel-analoge schaal voor slaapkwaliteit, de schaal voor moedervertrouwen en de schaal voor binding tussen moeder en kind in op de dag na de bevalling en een maand later.

Volgens de klinische zorgrichtlijnen van de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie voor de bevalling en neonatale zorg in de derde fase van de bevalling: Wanneer de pasgeborene in goede fysiologische conditie ter wereld komt, moet hij onmiddellijk huid-op-huidcontact met de moeder hebben.
Huid-op-huidcontact heeft grote voordelen voor zowel moeder als baby.
De implementatietijd kan beginnen vanaf de geboorte van de pasgeborene en daarna doorlopen.
Het heeft voordelen op zowel de korte als de lange termijn, zoals fysiologische stabiliteit, de ontwikkeling van de ouder-kindrelatie en de stabiliteit van de gedragsontwikkeling van het kind, enz.
Daarom werd dit onderzoek opgezet als een quasi-experimenteel onderzoek, waarbij gebruik werd gemaakt van een willekeurige methode om gevallen te aanvaarden.
Het aantal toegelaten gevallen bedroeg 128 en het verloop bedroeg 10%.
Het totale aantal opgenomen gevallen bedroeg dus 140, verdeeld in experimentele groepen en controlegroepen, met interventiemaatregelen voor de experimentele groep en interventiemaatregelen.
Vanaf de 1e tot en met de 30e dag na de bevalling was er dagelijks 1 uur huid-op-huidcontact tussen moeder en baby.
Op de dag na de bevalling en bij volle maan werden de visuele analoge schaal van de slaapkwaliteit, de schaal van het moedervertrouwen en de schaal voor de binding tussen moeder en kind ingevuld, en was de statistische methode chikwadraat.
Test, onafhankelijke steekproef t-test, steekproef t-test, Pearson-correlatietest, eenvoudige regressieanalyse van de relatie tussen onafhankelijke variabelen en afhankelijke variabelen en het verschil tussen de experimentele groep en de controlegroep.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Vaginale bevalling bij primipare vrouwen
- Volledige levering gedurende 37 weken
- Het zwangerschaps- en bevallingsproces zijn gevallen met een laag risico
- Kan Chinees luisteren, luisteren, lezen en schrijven
- Ga akkoord met deelname aan dit onderzoek
- Geen mentale toestand
- De vitale functies van de pasgeborene zijn na de geboorte stabiel
- Het lichaamsbeeld is na de geboorte normaal en er zijn geen andere complicaties.
- Kan samen met moeder uit het ziekenhuis worden ontslagen
Uitsluitingscriteria:
(1) Overdracht van de pasgeborene naar een zieke crèche na de geboorte
