Auswirkungen des Haut-zu-Haut-Kontakts zwischen Mutter und Kind bei Frauen nach der Geburt

Wenn ein Neugeborenes in gutem physiologischen Zustand zur Welt kommt, ist sofortiger Hautkontakt mit der Mutter erforderlich.
Haut-zu-Haut-Kontakt hat zahlreiche Vorteile für Mutter und Kind.
Die Umsetzungszeit kann mit der Geburt des Neugeborenen beginnen und bis danach andauern.
Es gibt sowohl kurz- als auch langfristige Vorteile, wie z. B. physiologische Stabilität, Entwicklung der Eltern-Kind-Beziehung und Stabilität der Verhaltensentwicklung von Kindern.
Es wurden 108 Fälle aufgenommen und die Fluktuationsrate betrug 10 %.
Daher betrug die Gesamtzahl der zugelassenen Fälle 118, aufgeteilt in Versuchsgruppen und Kontrollgruppen, und in der Versuchsgruppe wurden Interventionsmaßnahmen umgesetzt.
Vom 1. bis zum 30. Tag nach der Entbindung besteht täglich 1 Stunde Hautkontakt zwischen Mutter und Kind.
Füllen Sie am Tag nach der Entbindung und einen Monat später die visuelle Analogskala für die Schlafqualität, die Skala für mütterliches Vertrauen und die Skala für die Mutter-Kind-Bindung aus.

Detaillierte Beschreibung
Gemäß den klinischen Pflegerichtlinien der Weltgesundheitsorganisation für die Geburt gilt für die Neugeborenenpflege im dritten Stadium der Wehen Folgendes: Wenn das Neugeborene in einem guten physiologischen Zustand zur Welt kommt, muss es sofort Haut-zu-Haut-Kontakt mit der Mutter haben.
Haut-zu-Haut-Kontakt hat für Mutter und Kind zahlreiche Vorteile.
Die Umsetzungszeit kann mit der Geburt des Neugeborenen beginnen und sich auch danach fortsetzen.
Es hat sowohl kurz- als auch langfristige Vorteile, wie z. B. physiologische Stabilität, Entwicklung der Eltern-Kind-Beziehung und Stabilität der Verhaltensentwicklung des Kindes usw.
Daher wurde diese Studie als quasi-experimentelle Studie konzipiert, bei der eine Zufallsmethode zur Annahme von Fällen verwendet wurde.
Die Zahl der zugelassenen Fälle betrug 128 und die Fluktuationsrate lag bei 10 %.
Daher betrug die Gesamtzahl der zugelassenen Fälle 140, aufgeteilt in Versuchsgruppen und Kontrollgruppen, mit Interventionsmaßnahmen für die Versuchsgruppe und Interventionsmaßnahmen.
Vom 1. bis zum 30. Tag nach der Entbindung kam es täglich 1 Stunde lang zu Hautkontakt zwischen Mutter und Kind.
Am Tag nach der Geburt und bei Vollmond wurden die visuelle Analogskala für die Schlafqualität, die Skala für das mütterliche Vertrauen und die Skala für die Mutter-Kind-Bindung ausgefüllt, und die statistische Methode war Chi-Quadrat.
Test, unabhängiger Stichproben-T-Test, Stichproben-T-Test, Pearson-Korrelationstest, einfache Regressionsanalyse der Beziehung zwischen unabhängigen Variablen und abhängigen Variablen und der Differenz zwischen der Versuchsgruppe und der Kontrollgruppe.

- Vaginale Entbindung bei Erstgebärenden
- Vollzeitlieferung über 37 Wochen
- Schwangerschaft und Entbindung sind Fälle mit geringem Risiko
- Kann Chinesisch zuhören, zuhören, lesen und schreiben
- Stimmen Sie der Teilnahme an dieser Studie zu
- Keine geistige Verfassung
- Die Vitalfunktionen des Neugeborenen sind nach der Geburt stabil
- Das Körperbild ist nach der Geburt normal und es treten keine weiteren Komplikationen auf.
- Kann zusammen mit der Mutter aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen werden
