The Parexel Academy Program Consultant is responsible for supporting the growth and execution of Parexel Academy (PA) programs both regionally and globally, in alignment with overall Parexel Academy mission and Parexel strategy. As such, the Program Consultant must build and manage connections with key Parexel business development leaders and clients to support growing PA’s revenue through the application of existing PA solutions as well as through the development and implementation of new solutions.

The Program Consultant is accountable for managing program consultation, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as managing the development of PA’s program portfolio to serve business and market needs.Qualifications• Work in partnership with colleagues in Enterprise, Biotech, FSP, SBU Delivery and Parexel Academy team to grow Parexel Academy European Region by meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

o Identify and qualify potential opportunities

o Craft creative solutions for clients and / or in

alignment with specific sales campaigns

o Participate as a member of the discovery sessions

to understand the client's business objectives and

system needs and support clients through pre-award

process, as required

o Demonstrate a One Parexel mindset through a

consultative approach which enables Parexel

Academy to deliver unique solutions for our clients

and positions the value of those solutions to drive

industry leadership

o Support revenue raising efforts across all regions.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with Parexel Business Development team members to ensure they are aware of PA services and how they could add value to existing or potential Parexel opportunities

• Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities

• Maintain general knowledge of all Parexel Academy offerings / capabilities

• Adapt successful strategies and tactics to meet market demands and financial targets

• Manage the Parexel Academy proposal and sales process in accordance with organizational practices and procedures

• Develop and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally

• Act as trusted counterpart to internal and external clients and stakeholders Effectively communicate with internal and external clients, as well as third party vendors

• Serve as Academy’s representative on internal and external meetings, events and committees

• Identify client’s performance and development needs which can be supported by learning solutions

• Provide program recommendations that are in alignment with client’s goals and objectives

• Monitor, measure and optimize program / learning solution effectiveness

• Work closely with global Parexel Academy team to understand PA’s full product offerings, how they are implemented, and the strategies in each region

• Expand Parexel Academy’s core services and programs in alignment with industry trends and market demands.

• Establish new programs with partners and customers

• Identify and maintain qualified pool of instructors to support program delivery; facilitation and delivery of program content by Program Consultant, as needed

• Create content that includes key differentiators within the market

• Identify opportunities for new or enhanced programs and / or delivery methods

• Ensure that every program sold meets or exceeds client expectations through the following:

o Quality management (content and materials)

o Accurate application of local customizations

o Thorough instructor management practices (both in

demonstrating their expertise as well as strong

facilitation skills)

o On-time delivery

o On-budget delivery

o High learner satisfaction

• Maintain content in all solutions to ensure it is relevant and accurate

• Monitor program specific KPIs

• Competent in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, specifically 365)

• Competent in Salesforce CRM
