•Plans and directs the activities of cross-functional teams located locally & globally assigned to multiple small IT projects to meet business requirements.
•Provides expertise and systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.
•Promotion of the Big Data Factory as a Systems Development solution and play a leadership role in driving Agile behaviors and principles within the Systems Development
team, being the central full-time PM for RBU projects.

【業務内容】

•Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
•Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
•Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
•Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
•Work with executive teams (local RBU) to understand requirements and co-ordinates with product development teams
•Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

【応募要件】

•Must have
1. Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years systems analysis experience
3. Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.)
4. Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
5. Keen leadership skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
6. Willingness to both lead and execute in a fast-paced environment to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
7. Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and Exposure to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts
8. Native Japanese language Skills along with cultural fluency, English proficiency (Business level)
•Good to have
1. Agile mindset (exposure to SCRUM / Kanban based project execution models)
2. Experience in applying technology to business strategies
3. Knowledge of current technology, Big Data World concepts, tools and techniques for software development
